David Christie was born in Long Beach CA. and attended Cypress College, Calif State University at Long Beach and USC earning degrees AA, BS, MBA in Production Operations and Finance and Marketing. Also, attended the College for Financial Planning, Appraisal Certificate and courses. His hometown is Rossmoor Los Alamitos which was perfect for surfing, bicycling, baseball, racquetball and long-distance swimming in the bay. Playing guitar and singing is also a current interest. He has lived in Germany and Sweden traveling around Europe, Africa, and Asia, but the all-time favorite was Santorini Greece and Egypt. He realized a solid education in Business Administration coupled with the “Hands on experience” of real estate development/renovation/re-furbishment construction, landscape design/architecture, real estate sales, property management and real estate appraisal fields.
