What you need to submit your Fix and Flip Loan:

  1. Resume of Experience (sponsored “on title” purchased and exited flips in the past 3 years | include purchase price and date & sales price and date | list current rental properties owned)
  2. Purchase Contract
  3. Rehab Budget
  4. General Contractors License number (owner builder or partnered GC)
  5. Copy of your Driver License (front and back)
  6. 2 Months most recent Bank Statements (all pages even if left blank)
  7. Hazard Insurance Quote for Subject Property
  8. Entity LLC or Corp Documents (if applicable)
