Communication is key! If I do my job right then you should not be receiving any phone calls from your client asking the status of their loan. I let the clients know upfront that I will be contacting them every Monday if there have been no status updates. If I receive any updates or status changes I will contact you and/or the client immediately. This will free up your time from multiple client “status check” calls, to do what you really need to be doing.
