As long as the subject property gross lease (or market lease amount if vacant) covers the PITI then we are good on income!

Minimum credit is 620 and will reduce LTV’s

80% LTV up to $1mm (720+ credit score)

70% LTV up to $1.5mm (720+ credit score)

60% LTV up to $2.5mm (720+ credit score)
