What is a 2nd Position DSCR Loan Refinance?
A 2nd position DSCR Cash Flow Loan is a financing tool designed for refinancing investment properties without requiring income verification that will go behind your current 1st position loan. Instead of traditional income qualifications, lenders assess the property’s cash flow—specifically, whether the rental income is sufficient to cover the COMBINED PITI (Principal, Interest, Taxes, and Insurance) payments.
