- Maximum DTI: 47%
- Student debt deferred for a minimum of 12 months excluded from DTI calculation
Employer funded subordinate financing and family member gift funds allowed
- Eligible borrowers include:
- Licensed medical professionals including doctors, dentists, dental surgeons and veterinarians
- Newly licensed residents who are currently employed
- Newly licensed students who will begin new employment/residency within 60 days of closing
