- Purchase Contract
- Rehab Budget
- General Contractors License number (owner builder or partnered GC)
- Copy of your Driver License (front and back)
- 2 Months most recent Bank Statements (all pages even if left blank)
- Hazard Insurance Quote for Subject Property
