Adam Lawrence originally from Chicago, Illinois began working at an early age. With the yearning to make his own money, his first position was a paperboy at age 13. From there on he had the business and entrepreneurial spirit.

Starting his professional career in 2002 when he moved to beautiful sunny San Diego, he began as a Loan Officer to get his feet wet in the world of real estate. He continued to keep a pulse on the market even after the crash of 2008. Going back to school for an  additional two years, Adam received his
Emergency Medical Technician license and became a reserve firefighter to give back to his community.

With his eagerness and longing to get back into real estate, he secured a position as an Acquisitions Specialist spanning over 8 markets within the US. His success and knowledge at this position resulted in promotion within a year to National Asset  Maintenance/Property Rehabilitation Manager. Managing over 1200 units and a team of 8 Market Managers nationwide, his expertise in construction and rehab grew exponentially.

After meeting an owner of a Crowdfunding Real Estate and Development Group, he was hired as Asset Manager and Loan Servicer. While his main focus on asset management and real estate development, Adam also serviced loans to show his fiduciary duty and high customer service to his investors.

He joined Valor Lending Group in 2017 where he became an intricate part of loan processing.  Adam expanded his wealth of knowledge of the mortgage industry while being mentored by Vice President of Operations Stephan Prescher and President & Founder Darren Carlin. In 2021 Adam made the jump back into a Loan Officer position and hit the ground running!  He is the all around real estate loan officer and available to answer any questions you may have.  It doesn’t matter if you are his client or not, he is here to help
