Once our loan officers know more about your scenario, we can start picking loan products for you based off things like Loan-to-Value, what documents the client is willing to provide, type of property, and many other variables that can qualify you for one program or disqualify you from another. You may already know what type of loan product you want but every lender has different requirements for their programs and sometimes they offer more than one program for a certain type of loan.
