Are DSCR loans easy to get?
It can be easier to get approved for a DSCR loan because approval for these types of loans is not dependent on your personal finances, instead it depends on your properties income. DSCR loans are based on the future cash flow of your property which makes qualifying for these programs easier than with other types of loans.
