The maximum LTV available in today’s fluctuating market for fix and flip loans is 80%. For example, if you’re buying a $100,000 property and get approved by a lender for 80% LTV, you will receive $85,000 as your loan amount. You have to provide the remaining $15,000 as a down payment.
