What Is a Valor Cross-Collateral Loan?

A cross-collateral loan is a loan in which you use an asset, like other real estate owned as collateral for an initial loan as collateral for a second loan. This gives you the ability to leverage for 100% financing when crossing other real estate owned at 65% CLTV for 100% financing.
